1. How do I place an order?
Browse the “Shop” gallery, select the piece you love, choose size (if applicable), then click “Add to Cart”. When you’re ready, go to your cart, review your items and click “Checkout” to enter your shipping and payment details.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: VISA, Mastercard, MBWAY, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Bizum, Payshop and PIX

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. International shipping varies by destination (typically 10–15 business days). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. More on our Shipping Policy here.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that international orders may incur import duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each artwork is unique, we cannot accept returns unless the piece arrives damaged. If damage occurs in transit, please email hello@camilasenna.com with photos of the packaging and artwork within 2 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Are the colors on-screen accurate?
We strive for accurate product photography, but screen settings can vary. Slight variations in tone or texture are part of the handmade appeal and make your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account on camilasenna.com and view your order status anytime.
